Nicole Kidman's daughters show off their silk fur lined blankets as they touch down at LAX

On Sunday evening she was one of the leading ladies when she took to the red carpet at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in stunning Vivienne Westwood gown.

But with another Hollywood event behind her, Nicole Kidman had her hands full as she arrived at Los Angeles International Airport on Monday.

In the company of her daughters Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, the 45-year-old ensured that her girls would be comfortable as they took to the skies by providing them with luxurious blankets.

Returning to her motherly duties as they prepared to board a flight, Nicole beamed as she journeyed through the terminal with her little jet-setters.

With two-year-old Faith in Nicole's arms, both girls were seen carrying silk fur lined blankets as they clutched onto their mother.

Taking a page out of Kidman's book, Sunday,! four, made sure to show off her milky whites as she acknowledged the presence of the flashing lights.

Faith on the other hand entertained herself by playfully hitting the Oscar winner on the head.

Flight ready, Nicole wore a grey cardigan with a white shirt, black trousers and leather loafers.

Wearing her hair up in a slightly messy ponytail, the make-up free the Eyes Wide Shut actress topped her look with a black blazer.

Kidman dressed her precious girls in almost identical outfits made up of tanned boots and leggings.

Sunday wore a champagne coloured V-neck jumper as Faith wore a cute floral blouse.

While the family spend a lot of time in Los Angeles due to their parents' various commitments, they actually live in Tennessee.

Speaking about her daughters' accents in a recent interview, Nicole said: 'They were both born in Nashville, and we live in Tennessee now.

'They have a mix of Australian and Southern accents, which is really cute, but my mama always says, "I can't understand her," because she says, "Hey, y'all!" to her grandparents.'

Kidman is currently refocusing her career, ditching big screen hits for indie projects like The Paperboy and Stoker, both of which had a paltry budget around $12 million.

The hard-working actress can easily afford to take on smaller roles, as she's reported to be worth as muc! h as $300! million..

In her January cover issue of the Hollywood Reporter, the actress talked about joining the growing group of A-listers who are at the festival to hawk their small-budget films.

'What is a movie star? I actually don't even know what a movie star is now,' she said.

'When the best female part of the year is Claire Danes in Homeland, you know the game's changed. Maybe in the '50s, there was a far more particular idea for a movie star. But now that's all blurry -- everything's more fluid.'
