Tiger Woods' condo is a two-story beachfront property.

When Tiger Woods' Corona Del Mar condo hit the market this April, blogs and newspapers hurriedly jumped on the fact that this home was one of the reported locations for Woods' infamous affairs.

One of his former mistresses told TMZ that she spent quite a bit of time there, but according to the Orange County Register, neighbors also saw quite a bit of Woods' ex-wife and two children there as well.

In the end, it didn't matter who spent the most time at the oceanside condo, because now it's just one more thing that Woods is leaving behind as he tries to reinvent his image.

The pro golfer listed the property at 2616 Ocean Blvd, Corona Del Mar, Calif., 92625 for about half a million less than he purchased it for in 2004. After a few months on the market and a price cut at the end of June, property records show that the home has sold for $2,213,875.

The 3-bedroom, 3-bath home occupies 2,000 square feet opposite the beach with views of Catalina Island. High c! eilings, large patio and balcony areas, surround sound and a gourmet kitchen are notable features.

Woods' main residence is another oceanside property but on the other coast. The Jupiter Island, Fla., custom estate includes a full golf course.

Nicole Kidman's NY penthouse finds a buyer

Zillow

Nicole Kidman's apartment once had unobstructed views.

Nicole Kidman hasn't lived in this brilliant apartment overlooking the Hudson River in years, but that has not stopped the pairing of t! he Austr alian actress and the lower Manhattan condo from garnering attention since 2010, when she sought to rent the place out for $45,000 a month.

Now, however, the breakup between the two is complete.

According to The Real Deal, Kidman has sold the 3,785-square-foot condo at 176 Perry St. #12S, New York, NY, 10014 for $16 million. The Academy Award winner originally purchased the home in the Richard Meier-designed building in 2003, via the name of her younger sister, Antonia Hawley.

But the apartment that was supposed to be her West Village home after her 2001 divorce from actor Tom Cruise did not pan out. It was reported that Kidman became disenchanted with the condo after the construction of a nearby Meier-designed tower at 165 Charles St. partially blocked what wassupposed to be unobstructed views.

So without much ado, Kidman and husband Keith Urban bought a Chelsea condo for $10 million. The disruption was probably worth it. According to Curbed, the couple's new place has a sky elevator that lifts their car straight up to their penthouse.

Listed for $7.7 million, Ol' Blue Eyes' apartment comes back to life

Zillow

Frank Sinatra's apartment is now a modern penthouse.

Start spreading the news: The penthouse apartment where Frank Sinatra partied like it was 1969 has hit the New York real estate market for $7.7 million.

Only this time, the famous bachelor pad in the sky at 530 E. 72nd St. #PHB, New York, NY 10021 doesn't look anything like it did when Ol' Blue Eyes was carrying on with the Rat Pack and Mia Farrow.

That's because the duplex has undergone an extensive and "meticulous" renovation by insurance titan Penny Hart, who bought the apartment in 2010 for $2.3 million from the estate of Dr. Denton Cox.

As reported by the New York Observer, Cox who became Sinatra's doctor after being summoned to the penthouse from his ground-floor practice in the '60s was an eccentric bachelor who never changed a thing in the apartment after he bought it from Sinatra in 1972. That pretty much explains the "retro" look that prompted Hart to blast the place and add marble, chunky wood adornments and a circular staircase exactly like the one in some Apple Stores.
