Zac Efron on Nicole Kidman sex scenes: I pinched myself every day

Zac Efron has millions of girls across the globe fighting for his attention. However, he has revealed that playing Nicole Kidmans love interest in The Paperboy was something he had to pinch himself over as it was everything you dreamed of.

Speaking about the role on ITVs Daybreak, he said, It was everything you dreamed of. She was such a lovely person. I pinched myself every day, especially after doing love scenes with Nicole Kidman. Nicole is so gorgeous!

Managing to forget about her good looks for a nanosecond or two, Zac also confessed that he was amazed with her acting skills. He admitted, Nicole was something else and was always in character. She didn't get weird method, like some actors do, but I have never seen anyone so centered.

He recently spoke of his own sex symbol status, revealing that he hates being called a heartthrob. Speaking to the CBS Sunday Morning show, he said, I can't explain to you what it's like to be a heartthrob, [because] I don't think I am a heartthrob. I hate [that word]. I hate it. It follows you around, but you don't deserve it. It's like, Why?I'm just me. I'm just Zac. Just Zac.

The star who dated co-star Vanessa Hudgens for years, before being linked to Lily Collins and Taylor Swift, also told Daybreak what he hoped to find in his future partner. He said, I hope my wife will have a sense of ambition and a sense of freedom, which is a careful mix. You have to balance those two. I haven't exactly found it yet."
